Working with Triptopia travel agency was our first travel assisted experience. We are delighted that we had the sense to turn to a professional for our river cruise with Tauck in Europe. Wendy was diligent in reacting to our " we've decided we would like to" requests for assistance in building our non-ship time excursion alternatives. We usually don't write reviews, but we believe we definitely had cost savings related to Wendy's close coordination and relationship with Tauck and it was worth sharing!

And your staff won my business for life when they were aware of a travel disruption before we did, (a cancelled ferry!) and they worked hours finding an alternative while we drank at the pool. I have a big family with kids ranging in age from 4-18. I needed a destination and a resort where everyone would be happy. Wendy helped us narrow down our destination and select a wonderful resort that we all enjoyed. She took care of all the details and I loved having one point of contact for any questions. While we were on our vacation we ran into a couple of glitches and Wendy was very accessible and quickly helped resolve the issues. I was comfortable with Wendy and felt that I could trust her. Meredith from Triptopia travel agency planned a trip for me to take my daughter & granddaughter to Paris. She did a lot of research to find the best hotel, best tours, air travel, etc! I first contacted Alanna when I was a first time cruiser. She helped us select the perfect cruise for our family vacation in the Caribbean. Since then, he has planned cruises for us in the Mediterranean in the South Pacific. All were completely different experiences, and where exactly what we were looking for. I now consider myself pretty knowledgeable in all things cruising, but we will always book through Alana, as she is able to give us the advice we need and matches prices to keep us from having to use someone that might not be as helpful.
Meredith is the absolutely best travel planner. Not only did she plan our visit, which took some effort due to our schedule and other reservations, but she found us a fabulous place to stay at a great rate and a vehicle to drive while we were on the island, also at a great price. She didn't stop there, she provided us with an outstanding itinerary filled with awesome sites, events and activities for our entire stay. moreover, she personally escorted us to many of the sites around the island and graciously took of her precious time to show my family a marvelous time while we were on Maui. I would suggest that anyone who is considering a trip and wants to experience that personal touch with your travel plans, that little extra that the online sites and Yelp cant provide, to call Meredith.
Wendy planned the trip for my sister and I. I was flying from Philadelphia and my sister from Atlanta. She was able to coordinate our flights so we landed and departed within a half hour of each other. She booked us at an absolutely beautiful resort and had us upgraded, which really enhanced our experience. She followed up to make sure everything was going well and that we were happy with everything. Very attentive. Would highly recommend using her for your vacation planning.
Meredith took the time to ask and then make note of everything we like to do on a trip before making suggestions for what to do and where to stay. She has a warm and friendly personality and was an absolute blessing to work with. Our 25th Anniversary was the best trip we have ever taken and it was greatly in part to Meredith and her suggestions.
Wendy was absolutely amazing! She got to know us before planning our trip in order to deliver us 3 amazing itineraries to choose from. All of them were exactly what we wanted! Even after we’d chosen one she would periodically update us on different happenings we might want to add or change. Our trip ended up being delayed due to airline issues. It was incredibly frustrating and stressful but Wendy rearranged everything for us with no problems. When we ran into another snafu during our trip (related to the delay) she was on top of everything. I’m recommending Wendy to everyone I talk to.
My husband and I had Meredith help us with our honeymoon. We went to Disney World and then spent a few days on the beach in St. Pete. The hotel she recommended on the beach (the Don Cesar) was beyond beautiful! The entire trip was flawless and Meredith was there every step of the way. The entire process was stress free and I knew she had our best interest in mind. I would highly recommend her to anyone. It was such a great way to start our marriage!
I was extremely pleased with Wendy's responses from the first time I contacted her on the Triptopia Web Site through the completion of my excursion to Switzerland. She listened carefully to my wishes and made them all come true. I had a seamless trip to Switzerland during which I rode trains. I had every travel document I needed before I left Atlanta. There was no confusion with my itinerary and connections. I traveled alone and was very comfortable.
